How can organizations successfully achieve the necessary cultural shift toward data-driven decision-making? Following an inspiring keynote by Karl-Heinz Land, Helen Albrecht, Anke Domscheit-Berg, Dr. Martina Niemann, Dominik Dommick, and Ralph Goedecke engaged in a panel discussion moderated by Daniel Schleidt with selected senior leaders from business, public administration, and academia. Together, they explored what leadership truly means in the age of artificial intelligence. This question was at the heart of the second B|P The C-Level Symposium^® 2025, held on August 21, 2025, at Villa Bonn in Frankfurt, under the theme “CEO 2030 – Leadership Next Level.” Together with selected top executives from business and academia, we discussed in an exclusive panel what leadership truly requires in dynamic times—both nationally and internationally. Following a keynote by Pa Sinyan, Bonita Grupp, Matthias Hartmann, Dr. Silke Maurer, Bernd Rattey, and Pa Sinyan explored the key leadership competencies that will define the next generation of top leaders.

The German economy is facing significant challenges. Current forecasts paint a cautious picture of the country’s economic development. Germany therefore needs a new “operating system” – a fundamental modernization of its economic, bureaucratic, and political structures. In many areas, the existing system has become too slow, too bureaucratic, and no longer sufficiently competitive to keep pace with the dynamics of global change. This complex set of issues was discussed at the B|P The C-Level Symposium^® 2025 on March 27, 2025, at Villa Merton in Frankfurt, under the theme “Reinventing Germany! – Back to a Strong Economy.” Around 50 leading figures from German business participated in the dialogue. How such a transformation can succeed was explored in a high-profile panel discussion featuring Prof. Dr. Dr. Michel Friedman, Brigitte Zypries, and Wolfgang Bosbach, moderated by Dr. Reinhard Müller (FAZ).
