The concrete requirements

Based on the preceding briefing interview, the consultants of BludauPartners draw up a competence profile that contains the elementary requirements and success factors of the project. On the one hand, the focus is on the technical and content-related competencies of a position, and on the other hand on the soft factors and skills of a manager.
